and law-compliant processes, adhering to Afghanistans legal framework,
ISA policies, and internal managerial principles. Communication
management, administrative structure, and hierarchy guide all decisions.
Structure & Governing Council
The
Governing Council is responsible for the companys overall performance,
budget audits, governance, and administrative matters, as per
Afghanistans Private Sector Investment Laws. It meets regularly at the
Kabul headquarters and is chaired by the Chief Executive.
Methodology
With
a team of Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and experienced
specialists, RSTC adheres to national and international frameworks while
respecting its own organizational structure, values, and principles.
This ensures both the qualitative and quantitative fulfillment of
customer needs.
Quality Control & Assurance
RSTC
complies with Monitoring & Evaluation (M\&E) standards and
follows global quality assurance codes, methodologies, and checklists.
Products are meticulously inspected, processed, and packaged to meet or
exceed customer requirements.

Risk Management
RSTCs
